Mt. Rushmore: The Four Liberty Presidents by Kate

Mount Rushmore, South Dakota
When we were taking the picture, I was sitting on a big wall. I thought I was going to fall off.

These are four presidents of the United States. The first president of the United States was George Washington and that’s the first one on Mt. Rushmore. Thomas Jefferson is the second president on Mt. Rushmore but the third president of the United States. Theodore Rosevelt was the third president. Mostly they called him Teddy. The fourth president is Abraham Lincoln. And that’s four presidents on Mt. Rushmore.

We ate Mt Rushmore. And we got to see a movie about how Mt. Rushmore was made. It was so cool! Because it was just like a movie screen and had lots of seats and a room just like a movie screen. It was exciting! It was like I was in it. I really liked it when they got in this little box and they moved around and got across by a cord. It was so cool and it was dangerous. They were up very high.
